TELANGANA SAMSKRUTHIKA SAARATHI aims at creating awareness among the public about Government policies and schemes and disseminating the developmental programs of the Government through the group of artists of various art forms, in the interest of Telangana State.

Creating awareness among the public on the welfare schemes of the Government through their performances from time to time Making a vehicle in taking the programs of the Government to the door-step of people and becoming instrumental in turning them to fruitful practices Inculcating and strengthening of the rich and unique cultural heritage of Telangana in the public.

Government vide G.O.Ms.No.6, Dated: 27.11.2014 of YAT & C (CA) have issued orders to create a new organisation called, “Telangana Samskrutika Sarathi” under Societies Registration Act for publicizing and dissemination of Government programmes to the public from time to time and appointing Director, Department of Language and Culture as Member Secretary of Telangana Samskrutika Sarathi.

The “Telangana Samskrutika Sarathi” organization has been registered under Societies Registration Act vide Registration No.122 of 2015 on 06.02.2015.

Government vide G.O.Rt.No.33, Dated: 19.01.2016 of YAT & C (CA) Department have issued instructions to work under the control of District Collectors under the guidance of District Public Relation Officers concerned. Further, the District Collector/District Public Relations Officers are entrusted to prepare a schedule of propagation of flagship programmes in the villages.
